1. Refund Eligibility

   • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of enrollment.

   • Not applicable if more than 20% of the course has been completed.

2. Refund Process

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

   • Requests made after 7 days of purchase.

   • Courses bought under special discounts/offers.

   • If course content has been downloaded or misused.
